Our Program
So what will your child be doing at a rhythmic gymnastics class? Plenty. A typical class includes a lot of opportunity for learning new skills, making friends and having fun. In a typical class the girls begin with rhythmic apparatus technique with a ball, rope, or hoop followed by warm-up and body conditioning exercises including strength, balance, pre-ballet and flexibility training. Next the girls roll, cartwheel and tumble. The last part of class is for creating and practicing performance routines with balls, hoops or ribbons which is always the most fun. It is the end of class and time for a gymnastics game.
